purchased DATA from. CELL C on the 3rd of January 2023. R129.00 for 20G night and 20G day, was deducted from my account however they only loaded half the data I purchased. I have called from the 3rd till today so it's been over a week without a resolution. I called seeking for assistance today, my call was either disconnected or passed from agent to agent and they do not even want to take their data and reverse my money. -3 cases open, no resolution
