Data regulation + Misleading communication

Dear Cell C The data regulation SMS is extremely misleading and your call centre customer care people do not help by attempting to give it a different meaning. This SMS makes it seem like since the regulation is in place and effective, one would have to give permission before their airtime is used for out of bundle data usage. Find another way to interpret this and I will understand why my airtime was rudely used up while I thought I was under the protection of this regulation. Please can one of your people give me a call to clarify this asap. This is just utter *****. Phuti **********

Good afternoon Phuti

This basically means that you now have complete control over your out of bundle spend, providing you with a worry-free experience on the Cell C network.

We will get someone to contact you and provide clarity.

Regards
Cell C | PN

I await the person to call me. And no, it does not say so. If it did, I would not be complaining. The SMS you send out is super misleading. And you guys try to sugar coat the intention behind the misleading SMS.

No shame Cell C. You then send me an edited version of the SMS whilst I posses plenty of the misleading one already. No shame at all! Proving my point again. You did mislead with the other previously sent sms's. I need this addressed and corrected pls. ASAP!

When will this supposed person be calling? Its been some hours. You brands always want us to wait until we have accelerated our complaints to various media before you take us seriously.
