Data purchased not received

On 17 November 2014 I purchased 3 DATA vouchers. For one data stick I bought a 24 gig voucher to be loaded as 2 gigs per month for 12 months. For 2 others I bought 2 x 12gigs per month to be loaded as 1 gig on each for 12 months.Some months I have occasionally received my data but most months I receive NOTHING and then have to buy prepaid from my banking app to do my work. I have made queries and get STUPID sms saying it has been resolved. Now if it has been resolved I would like to know HOW and where my data is. I have used this system for 5 years now and will discontinue this year as YOUR SERVICE IS BEYOND PATHETIC. I would like my money refunded as I am now buying prepaid each month in any case. NOBODY can tell me on which day of the month I am supposed to receive my data.
