Data Purchased but never recieved

<p>Last night I loaded a 3G data bundle for R299 from my absa account.</p> <p>The money came off my account but I never recieve the data?</p> <p>My 2G Top Up contract has recently ended and Cell C consultants have confirmed that my number is now on Prepaid.</p> <p>Please assist in adding the 3G of Data to my Cell C number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Ashley</p>
