Data problem with Cell C Sorted
Good morning
I had an issue with Cell C about 1 month ago and Cell C allocate my problem to Mosa Mazwi. She handled it so good. The previous agents just said they can not help me, but she kept me updated and from the start she said she will sort it out.......and she did. She phoned me every other day to give me an update on the states of my complaint and yesterday it was sorted.Thanks Mosa.
