data package upgraded by a stranger
on Wednesday 14th Oct I called Cell C to cancel a data package I have that has not been used in over a year, the cell no. is *** to find out that I can't cancel as there is a \pending upgrade"which I didn't even know about. The lady I spoke to was going to get the details of who upgrade this and get back to me. As I hadn't heard anything I called again today"
