1) I have been a loyal Cell C customer for over 11 years now - if that means anything??<br> <br> 2) I tried to download a data bundle before my bundle was depleted. <br> <br> 3.1) The Cell C system does not allow for this. <br> <br> 3.2) Current data pack for the same value must be deleted or used up. (This is against the CPA \VOUCHERS")<br> <br> 4) I use 3G of data per month. I don't want anything more or less. <br> <br> 5) Your system should allow people to buy more data before the previous data is de-pleated. <br> <br> 6.1) I have now been charge an out of bundle rate for 1 day and the bill is SHOCKING!! <br> <br> 6.2) I now have a fat bill of R1200 when I normally only spend R450 per month.<br> <br> 7) With tears in my Eyes please fix this bundle problem and my account.
