Data noy allocated

I have a contract with cell c for 4 years now... I missed 3 months payment due to financial problems... Paid their money in full and they only allocated data for this month. Called the call center to quiry about the data, minutes and sms for previous months since the money due is paid still nothing.... Call center agent called me n said I failed security questions... How? After calling the call center twice day before n passed all the security questions.... Now I don't know how many case numbers they gave me in 1 day still matter not resolved. M very disappointed in cell c after being their loyal customer for 4 years
