Data not used but R 1130 gets taken from account

For 5 years now I have this data card @ R99 for 2 GIG NOT ONCE was that data EVER used up over this period of time. It is being used for sending and receiving emails. The person using this card can hardly log on to facebook in heavens name. And then suddenly 25 November R 1130.22 gets deducted from my account for this data card. FOR WHAT ?? I logged a complaint at customer service asking for evidence to show what is was used for - but 6 days later no evidence.How many emails do you send and receive for 2 GIG + R 1130.22?It is unacceptable to just take money and say its for data that was never used ....and then they cannot even say what for? THIS IS NOT ON!!! Have spoken to 5 people at Cell C - and everyone will notify IT. Seems like they are still looking for the used data - that was never there from the start.
