Data missing

Im so disgusted, angry, frustrated by the service im getting from CellC. Last week they were experiencing technical problems after that my 20G data is missing and no one can account to that. I was on the phone with call centre for 2full hours and still no one was able to assist me. I spoke to Thuto who place me on hold for 27 minutes, spoke to Lerato who advise me that she sees my data but cannot tell what happened, spoke to Lindo who didnt know what to do also, Selina who dropped my call, Sphesihle who told me supervisor Thabile Same will call me until now im waitng. These days CellC is failing me, they do not appreciate me as a customer and the length of service i have been with them. All i need from you CellC is my data that im paying for, 20G is lot of data and im using this for my business. I need my data reinstated not later than today. And please advise your agents to stop saying I DON'T KNOW at the end of the day im a customer and i need resolution to my query.... I DONT KNOW DOESNT WORK FOR ME.
