Data get depleted so quick at Cell c
I have a 20 + 20(night time) gb data contract with cell c this data does not last seems every month it gets finish quicker I checked that my system is not updating or something else is eating at my data that i dont know about but still my data gets done so quickly it is now the 10 of the month i have no data left unbelievable. Be careful when you get a contract from cell c it is like they taking data away from you.

15 Jan 2019, 07:24When I read through the complaints about Cell c I thought it was just stories because Cell c is a big company but I can see now that I am personally dealing with Cell c that these complaints are true.
They dont care about their customers there is a lack of compassion when dealing with customers its like they just say something to keep you quiet and they dont even have the decency to finish a complaint I am sitting here waiting for them to respond on what they responded its like they just read through the complaints and dont care.
Remember me as a customer took the time to support money your business I at least deserve the respect a customer should get.
You Guys never came back after the last responds this is bad.
