DATA *****

To Date, Im still waiting for Cell-C to responde. My data contract with cell gives me 15gigs night time & 5gigs daytime.A month ago, i logged on at 12;10am.with at least 880megs night time data & at least 1gig daytime data. at around 2;45am i logged off then did a balance check.Low & behold, my daytime data was depleted & at least 3/4 night time data.ALL GONE. I immediately logged a complaint.2 x agents returned my call.neither of whom could help or give a satisfactory explination.the matter was apparently escalated.ESCALATED to who? im still waiting for ESCALATIONS to call me. this was a month ago. THANKS FOR *****ING MY DATA CELL-C. your agent are a bunch of DELINQUENTS.
