Data Dissapeared
Cell C your customer service sucks! Your staff at the call centres are another issue all together, I logged a dispute with Data that was allocated to me on the 1 Jan 2018 (20g) on the 9 Jan 2018 my data was finished. I logged a dispute and it was sent to validation. Today I receive a response on how to manage my data properly and that the validation could not assist me and I should wait for my monthly statement. Pathetic!!
