data disputes

<p>i was told that a cell bundle costs R7.50 and basically ive loaded it onto my prepaid sim , however ive loaded a 1GB once off data bundle and to avoid uneccessary data charges ive restricted all my applications from using the cellular data as well as app updates and software updates, when i called the cell c call centre they told me that ive been using my data , everytime i send a message over whatsapp instead of my data being minused from the whatsapp bundle , my normal 1GB bundle is being minused , i dont know what to do , as i was told that the whatsapp bundle includes unlimted Calls , Messages & videos or pictures , when i called the cell c call centre the lady was rude and she actually cut the call on me, </p>
