On Friday, 17/07/2015 at 21h11, I received an SMS stating that my BlackBerry Fair Usage has reached below 200MB. The phone was not in use after receiving this message, yet at 01h51 on 18/07/2015, I received a second SMS stating that I had less than 15MB remaining, a third message was received at 01h58 stating the bundle has depleted (All whilst I was asleep). I called Cell C Customer Care at 10h36, where I was told I could not be helped and was given the Technical Department's number, which I called at 10h42. The individual could not assist in giving me details of what's been depleting the data and every cent of airtime that's left on the phone, I was told that I will be contacted by another department within 48 hours during which there would be a \Data Validation"";15/07/20 10:44;NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;830593;1076;14;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;12/05/20 10:33;15/07/20 8:36;Issue still not resolved;8,61E+12;;***;In a previous report i posted I accused HomeCHoice of bad service. I am now convinced that they have absolutely USELESS services and even Worse follow up. After the first report i was promptly contacted by a home choice representative that assured me that she is doing everything she can to resolve the matter. She made me forward the affidavits AGAIN and then contacted me again a few days later saying the matter was sent to head office or something and she is awaiting a response from them. It has now been almost 3 months again and I haven't heard back from her EVER AGAIN. Im am now again being contacted by DMC debt collections saying that they have taken over my case.
