Data disappearing

<p>I am disgusted at the service I received from cell c customer care.This guy had no idea on how to respond to my query he kept quiet most of the time on the phone eventually I got annoyed and hung up. What kind of people are u employing cell c? Do we call so that we can talk to ourselves on the phone?? I'm am highly annoyed and disappointed with this service provider. I purchased 500 mb of data within 3 minutes I received a message saying I have less than 250mb how is that even possible?? Time to change my network provider absolutely terrible!!</p>
