Data disapearing
<p>Good day. </p> <p>I have a wifi contract that gives 5gb day time and 5gb night time but as from a few months ago my day time data is disapearing withou me even using my wifi router. The last time i checked my data usage on the router, I used 600mb and then i switched it of, but 2 days later when I wanted to use it again there was zero data left. All 5gb data has been used and the router wasnt even switched on and only I have the password. Its not the first month that this has happened. </p>

Data depletes quicker if there are automatic updates, applications running in the background etc. We will get one of our data specialists to find out what causes your data to deplete fast and how you can prevent this from happening.

12 Jun 2017, 10:06Thank you, but the data cannot deplete if the wifi router is not even turned on. It is not a case where there is background applications running or updates, because I checked it. I Even logg out of facebook when im done with it. I havent used my wifi contract this month but all of my data is gone
