Data deducting from Airtime First

So, what's the whole point of buying a Whatsapp Bundle when you don't have other Data on your phone Cell C deducts from my AIRTIME first - for Whatsapp?? Why is that? I have to have airtime on my phone for Work, and I use whatsapp for work as well - and let's face it the Data bundles are **** as well, you can only check emails and 100MB is down the drain.<br> <br> So my program remains to this point - Cell C deducts from my AIRTIME first for WhatsApp and not from WhatsApp bundle data...
