Data Contract - what a mission

<p>Longest process ever getting a data contract through Cell C. Not my complaint though. Sale consultant failed to tell me I do not get the full data package for the month, so I run out of data while travelling and cannot download mail. Great! I call the call centre to get some answers. The first agent is half dead but helpful and lets me know my data is finished. I load the app on my phone to verify this and try and load data - unsuccessful. I have to call Cell C again. This time I get an untrained call centre agent. She keeps telling me what amount (rand) I've spent instead of the data value so I cannot actually equate the 2 or decide what to do about it in terms of loading more data. So she simply hangs up on me. NIce! RUDE! I call back, 3rd agent is completely asleep. Super annoyed tone of voice, mubbles off an hello blah blah. Sorry for the effort! I don't even bother talking to her and ask to speak to a manager. Finally some help and someone that is friendly and awake. Hire more of her. So far I totally regret being a cell c customer! This is going to be an unpleasant rollercoaster ride having to deal with you!</p>
