DATA CONTRACT - NO REFUND

<p>A while ago I received a call from a Call Centre agent regarding a payment for a data contract that I apparently have with CELL C. I indicated to this individual that I only have 2 mobile contracts - they "logged" a case (think the case number is ********** ********** 25) and heard nothing from them again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a phone call at work from a Consultant indicating it was investigated and I am owed a refund of an amount of R500.00 (more or less). - heard nothing again, after this I phone the call centre four times - under reference numbers ********** 649/ ********** 539 (no idea why I only received only 2 reference numbers!</p> <p> </p> <p>During one of the calls it was said they have to request the call recording to hear if indeed I did not apply or accept another contract - this was on 07/06/16 - no response yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>On another instance during one of these calls the consultant indicated that the contract was cancelled as it was a "sales error" - Why is there still an investigation if Cell C consultant indicated it was a sales error? Cell C did not mind deducting the money from my bank account or phoning me to say I must pay something I did not even agree to??</p> <p> </p> <p>During ALL of these calls it was said that they would "get back to me" however each time I HAVE TO PHONE and waste MY TIME and AIRTIME - during last call they would have called me before close of business? another business day has passed with no call and no answer or refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate it if i could receive my refund (MONEY THAT IS DUE TO ME) as a matter of urgency - for waisting my time and money I would expect airtime as well!</p> <p> </p> <p>If Cell C's service goes on like this, I would have no other choice that to CANCEL my contracts - I have a lot of family and friends that also uses Cell C - that would not mind changing networks!</p> <p> </p> <p>YOUR URGENT ATTENTION WOULD BE APPRECIATED!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
