Data Contract nightmare
I've had a contract with cell c for more than 8 years, this last contract I took with them is nonsense,I've had challenges with it from day one. I'm told that the offer on my contract ended in April but the fee is still the same, how did they come with such a ridiculous amount,imagine paying R331 for 20 gigs when there are offers of 40 gigs for R299. I hate this ******* and I will not stand for it. I feel I have been unfairly treated and as I said I will not pay a cent to them anymore they can whatever that pleases them. I regret it so much,mxm.

18 May 2021, 11:48I cancelled my contract, then the deal was for 24 months then why am I still debited the same amount. This is the way of forcing us to upgrade, I expect the amount to decrease. I expect my contract to be canceled because the contract was for 24 months. I still say I'm going to reverse the debit order until I'm told how you got to R331 for 20 gigs. If the contract was 24 months then why am I expected to pay the same. I HATE THE AUDACITY OF BEING ASKED IF I WANT TO UPGRADE
