Data contract misrepresentation

<p>I opened a new contract will Cell c (forest hill mall ) in the month of May. I paid the connection fee in store and i was told they will debit the month and pro rata which i agreed to. I told the conslultant that they should put a stipend of the minimum amount which she said its R1 so that when the data its finished i shouldnt connect to the internet. Month end i get an invoice of R900 when i enquired i was told its for data usage, now what data usage if i asked for a stiend to be activated and it was done according to my knowledge, i let the debit order go through because i dont want my record to be messed up by this. i went to the storw they told me they will investigate, it s 2 weeks now and they havent said a word. when i call tey tell me they are investigationg and will call me back.</p> <p>Cell c i expect you to the the right thing with this matter there is a reason why i asked for the stipend to be activated now when a consultant doesnt know her job it should not be my problem or affect my budget thereon.</p> <p>I will wait for an investigation and expecting the branch to do an honourable thing. </p>
