Data contract expiry

Cell C failed to notify me that 24 months have passed by on my contract and out of contract rates apply. They started billing me 2.5 X the contract rates. I queried this with call centre but got no help. Mr T. Mamabolo of the call centre.The call was cut after speaking to the consultant for more than 15 minutes. I called again and once more I was put on hold for the retentions department which never took the call.<br> Please cancel this contract with immediate effect!!!!<br> <br> I have been with Cell C since their inception but their service seems to get wosre each day. I am very dissapointed.
