Data contract billed incorrectly.

I had a data contract with Cell C which i cancelled on the 10th of December 2018.

When terminating a contract a 1 month notice applies. The service was active until the 10th of January 2019.

Upon final payment (end of January), i was supposed to be billed a pro-rata amount. However, i got billed for the full amount.

Please may i be refunded. Ruan
