Data contract

I opened a data contract in late November 2021, took a R199 per month contract I was billed R365 and for January I’m going to be billed R415 when I query and try to dispute,I’m being told that I took an open contract and data doesn’t carry over, which I clearly stated I wanted a top up and I was also been billed for Content services and out of data usage, which I did not finished,that non of their staff can explain what was it for.I requested that they listen to the recording and it’s been a week and no response.
