Data concerns .
I have an ongoing contract with cell c . And lost my number I had. As a result I had to get an alternative option. Now I'm getting invoices from them as I have been paying my debt . But now I can't even call regarding the number I had with them because it does not exist and I don't live nearby any branch . I have to travel and with working conditions I can't get there at any possible time . I've been trying to get ahold of them but it says that my number does not exist with them anymore although I'm getting emails of my progress I'm making on the account being paid . I have queries about a sim swap and the data I haven't been receiving as a result of falling behind on payments but I caught up well that I received an email regarding the account. They handed the account over to debt reviewers but still they send me account updates from cell c self . So I don't understand how they are handling my situation . Don't they owe me data and better service at least? I am a paying customer who has been paying a 1000 Rand's per month for the last 3 months ... The fone number used for the account is *** which doesn't exist with them but I'm paying the account.
