Data Charges Continue

Hi I don't know should I be happy or not can someone at the cell c head office please explain to me what's going on with Facebook it stated in the sms I received prior to July 1 2015 that Facebook will be free hence I'm paying for Facebook when I browse through Facebook then data charges apply Cell C should not send their customers informations like that when it's not free I even downloaded free app on [URL Removed] the free service is still taking my data what should I do in a instance like this a can the people at cell c rectify this and send out sms to the clients stating that Facebook is free or not because I'm on Facebook constantly and I don't even see free Facebook if this error can be resolved I would be really happy and if they talk about next month that Facebook will be free on Cell C then I think that the CEO or marketing should send out sms to their clients stating it was an error that occured for the 1st Of July that Facebook is not until August however if this does not apply to prepaid or contract users then Cell C should have have proper correspondence to their clients because this is really misleading because I've been buying airtime and Facebook is not free.
