Data charges

I recently went over from a Bb10 handset to a tablet. Using the Bb10 handset I could purchase 2G of data for R99.99. So now I have the tablet and that very same 2G of data now your charging me R249.00. Please explain to me why is this???? Don't give me the **** that the BB10 data ONLY works on a BB handset because it works on ALL handsets. I had data left on my sim when I placed it into my new device and it worked fine.

I suggest you have an urgent management meeting regarding this matter because this is totally unacceptable and you should do something about your rate for normal 2G of data or allow all users to buy the BB10 option.

You cannot rip clients off like this!
