Data Charge Dispute
I was ****** of data by Cell C on the the 17th of June where i bought an On Us data bundle then spinned and won 800MB from the above mentioned network company which was to last for an hour where it was consuming my normal data instead of the data i won and then i logged a charge dispute (***) then they claimed that data bought first must be used first meaning that if i buy 50GB i must use it within an hour so i get to use the 1 i won to be used in that hour, then again on the 24th of June i bought another data bundle before night then Midnight came, where i had around 70 GB of Midnight data it consumed my normal data in that Midnight time, even if they lie and say i must use data first purchased, the Midnight data was purchased 2 months so why am i being ******? You guys are just ripping clients off!!! (***)

28 Jun 2021, 17:48There's no bearing with you guys that i can accommodate where as you repeat the same thing over and over, you who is replying are the same as the call center agents, it seems as if you're blinded and only responding to cover up for your company, I've been a very good client to you guys buying 200GB every 3 months yet now you're ripping me off proving that you don't care any bit about a client.
