Hi <br> <br> I would like to report how pathetic Cell C really is, consider I've been their first 1000 customer in the very beginning. <br> I have done a sim swap 1 year ago and suddenly the sim is locked and can't get network.<br> <br> I called the call center and can't get pass the security question when I know I'm providing the correct info <br> (questions - when did you recharge and amount? 17Aug & R10 - last 3 calls made that day? I only made one call and provided them with the number) They then refuse to ask me other security question and insists I call again which I did only to be asked the same questions O_o I explained again and they then insists I go into a store to get another sim swap..... Wait what !!! my sim only last 1year and never removed it after purchase O_o Now considering that I have worked in the Telecoms field and in fact at Cell C Data center I know just how easy it is to by mistake disconnecting a MSISDN from the users profile when executing the wrong PL/SQL procedure. So now I have to take MY time to go into a store and pay again are you being serious. Please make arrangements to correct my profile and or courier me a sim. Thanks.
