data cards not delivered

In February a cell phone and simcard was delivered me which I signed for<br> On the 10th of March I get a sms of a bill close to a R1000.00 <br> On the 12th March I contacted one of the agencies to query why my account is so high as it was never above R350.00<br> The women informed me that there are two data cards on my account and I need the check it with cutomer services as they have no jurisdiction to check this<br> I immediately contacted customer services and queried this who assured me that they are aware of it but these data cards was never activated nor in use by someone else<br> On the 15th March I drew a statement from my account and discovered that I was debited for both data cards to the value of R349.72<br> I have since been in contact with Cell C but without any response or feedback<br> <br> <br>
