Data bundles not received

I have purchased data bundle of 1GB as i do every month,with this 1GB I also purchased 100 MB for another also on cell c network.The person i bought the 100mb has received the data bundle but I still have not received my data bundles to date.I have spoken to team leader on Friday 20.11.2015 who advised that they have referred for the matter to be looked at and it take 24-48 hours and they were expressing problems with online purchases and it being looked into.I have received a reference number :***.I phoned again yesterday and matter was once again referred according consultant I spoke to yesterday 25.11.2015.I URGENTLY NEED MY BUNDLES TO BE LOADED AS IM NOT WILLING TO SPEND MORE MONEY FOR BUNDLES I ALREADY PURCHASED..I REALLY CONSIDERING MOVING TO ANOTHER NETWORK PROVIDER!!!!!!
