Data bundles
On the website Cell C advertises 3Gb bundle for R299 valid for 365 days. On Nedbank internet banking I selected 3Gb from the prepaid menu, but the confirmation message stated that it expires after 30 days. The call centre told me that 365 day bundles can only be purchased at a Cell C store, but I cannot find any reference to this fact on the website. The call centre agent`s manager also never returned my call as promised. I responded to the offer on the Cell C website and I want Cell C to honour their offer or refund me as I did not intend to buy 3Gb data for a month only.
