Data bundle cancelled without notification

Hi All, <br> <br> I got a bill this month on my wifes cellphone with a R590 + vat data charge (paid by me). What has confused me is that my wife has a 2GB data bundle on that is recurring on a monthly basis. She never uses more than half of it.<br> <br> Upon investigation I found that this data bundle was removed from the phone without me being notified and I did not request it to be removed.<br> <br> It is now evident that I have been billed at a much higher rate. Can someone please explain why this occurred. It is my understanding a recurring data bundle will remain for the duration of the contract or until I give a calander months notice.<br> <br> This is unacceptable.
