Data bought on app but not loaded

I bought R1699.00 of data using the Cell C app. Money was taken out of my account. But no data added to my sim card, i purchased 200 gigs of data. I have sent Cell C all the documents that they have requested. Proof of payment, bank statement showing deduction, payfast order number and payfast proof of payment linking data to my number. It has been over a week. I call cell c twice a day they only say back office is dealing with it. There is no 1 that i can call directly and no help at all. The agents are clueless...I have sent emails ...they say 24-48 hours..maybe they mean days.. I'm very disappointed..i always use the cell c app...this is the first time this has happened
