Data bought 6 days on cell C app still not resolved. Cell C's super troopers still investigating

It is now day 6. I bought ZAR 299.00 data on their'e APP. I have being calling their'e call centre. As good as calling to mars, no response. I wen't to Wonderpark shopping Center Cell C shop. They don't really no what the problem is but they WILL follow up. Another call to mars. A agent phones me yesterday and they are investigating and will phone me back on 28/05/19. Same agent phones me this morning. They want my bank statements, which I immediately mail to them. It's now 12H00 on 29/05/19. no response even with a bank statement right in front of them. My time my phone calls my fuel and still no data. But I have paid 6 days ago. Pathethic.
