Data and R 150 airtime gone in one day
<p>i complained on Cell c facebook wall, but to my suprise no one cares, on the 21st may 2017 i had 150 on my cell c number ********** 653 and i bought 100mb and i was left with R120 on my account and to my suprise the same day my date deplited and my airtime was gone the same time.</p>

Airtime and data does not disappear there are causes such as content subscription services, out-of-bundle data rates can quickly deplete airtime, new smart phones and faster networks mean data is used quicker etc.
We will get one of our consultants to look into this matter and provide clarity.
