<p>I am so disgusted with the data charges as there is no consistency, there seems to be a different tarrif during certian times of the day, for example 1G daytime can literally last a couple of hours, and 1G nite time can never seem to finish even is you are using it for the same internet purposes. Further trace mobile is supposed to offer free whatsapp but it doesnt it eats through your data and airtime, supposedly should you have a positive balance this will apply (free whatsapp) isnt 0.00 a positive balance as there is no -0.00, or even 1c is a positive balance</p>

06 Jul 2017, 12:20Wow I was not expecting the great response I got to my compliant, shortly after I lodged the compliant I was contacted by the call centre but unfortunately missed that call, this morning Derick Makhubele had sent me an email and later contacted me and sorted my complaint, efficient, respectul and knowlegeable was the response I got when dealing with Derick. I feel like CELL C aka Derick really cared about my opinion. Thank you this experience was absolutely delightfull.
