Damn lazy Retention department

trying to cancel my contract with CEll C....Frustrating when they have *********** lazy people sitting behind a desk and telling me i have failed a security check which i have answered correctly to my knowledge ....and then being told i have to phone back again. *** is happening to this country when people are to damn lazy to work and find any excuse not to help their customers. I will definitely be cancelling all my contract with Cell C once it due for upgrade!!!! NOT WORTH THE FULL STAR
