Damaging my credit score.

I am very disappointed by the way Cell C handles query. I tried to resolve this dispute internally via their Facebook page, but all the feedback i receive is "we'll be in touch". In November last year, I settled the contract bill which i was harassed to settle by Cell C even though i was not receiving benefits due. Even today the account still appears in arrears at XDS and Experian credit bureaus. Hence Im having problems when getting loans as it also negatively affect my rating as well.
