Damaging client credibility with poor service
I started a new business under a year ago, so with an attempt to apply for capital it came to light that Cell C listed me on itc for R393 unpaid. To my knowledge this amount was paid over 5 years ago . However the itc listing stated that this was listed 3months ago. Something is very wrong here.
I'm even willing to pay the amount again as this is heavily in the way of my company's growth and cause severe problems. However now you can't speak to anyone at the call centre as they hardly understand you in English, calls get dropped and supervisors are never available.
This whole situation is simply unacceptable.
