Damaging

This is my second complain on hello Peter bcs I thought cell c will attend to my 1st Hello Peter complain immediately but all they did was to forward me an sms saying they will attend to the matter with the ***, I called the pre legal department to do a follow up but all they said was the case is still pending and I have to wait for their call, what cell c doesn't understand is how damaging it is to have u listed for something you not responsible for, the most damaging part is that I can not get a car finance bcs of cell c, can you please attend to my matter immediately and remove my name. From being listed, PLEASE FORWARD ME A LETTER STATING THAT YOU ATTENDING TO MY MATTER SO THAT THE BANK CAN PROCESS MY CAR FINANCE APPLICATION!! This is very stressful and depressing knowing that Thers no one helping me with this issue and it's DAMAGING knowing that I can not get any finance from the bank with something I did not do, I only have 1 contract which ends this month with cell c and I pay it every month now that someone opened 2 contracts with my details and having me listed it's stressful and it's being going on for mo than 8 months no one has called or resolved this issue!
