Damaged simcard

My name is Jacob and on saturday 16th march 24 went to President hyper building to visit cell c branch about damaged cell c simcard.I was told to bring along id book.On tuesday 19th March 24 i went there with id but was told to bring along 5 recently called numbers. On 20th March 24 i went there with numbers as requested but drama began.I was given phone to call centre and was told of security check which i was told i failed.My number is important for my business. On securitu check questions one is askdd as to how and when did you recharge and for how much.I fail to understand this because my sim card is registered and nos cant use it.Cell c i desparatelly need my numbers Assomblief hulle is bellangrik vir my besigheid.Stop this useless security check as my sim card is registered.
