Damaged Sim Card

I don't know why I have to pay for a sim card that is damaged. I lost the initial sim card that came with the phone and then I went and had a sim swap done at the Centurion Mall Cell C shop. <br> <br> On 20 Feb the sim card stopped working for some reason, I called the call centre and they suggested that I check whether is the sim or the phone. It turned out to be the sim card.<br> <br> So I had to buy a new sim card barely three months after buying one. Why do you people selling faulty sim cards. Now i have to pay for a sim card that was faulty.<br> <br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY BACK.<br> <br> THANK YOU!
