damaged phone, call centre useless

My new contract phone, Sony xperia E4 dual was faulty. I sent it in for repairs. Contacting them for status on phone, they don't answer the cell centre. Received device back today with quality checked confirmation. My phone does not even switch on! It is in a worse state than when I sent it in! I phoned call centre, put me through to repairs. .2 hours later and nobody answers the phone! Terrible service, with no complaint centre to contact! Urgently need my phone working! Please help. Not funny anymore! No cell c store in town to help. Paying for nothing! !!
