Damaged phone
I sent my S6 in for repairs as it had water damage ( NOTE - MY PHONE WAS IN 100% APPERANCE CONDITION) When I received a crazy quote for over R6000 to fix it I declined the quote and asked them to return my phone . I went to fetch my phone today (31/01/2016) my phones cover is broken and everything is falling apart . This is UNACCECEPTABLE !!!! My phone should come back looking the same as now it is going to cost me more to fix it . I want Cell C to fix this problem ASAP ! I am very disgusted in the service received as I am a long cell c user !
