Damaged iPhone charger

Anything pillay the manager at Sandton city Cellc was very rude to me in a sense that I'm even considering canceling my contract with Cellc . I took my contract last year November 2014 and I already bought two chargers of my iPhone 5s twice this chargers from Apple are just useless ****. I went to the store this morning explained to him so that if possible it must be exchange cause it's not my fault that Apple or Cellc are selling us bad quality chargers and he clearly told me he can't change it must go report him cause he is running a business not a volunteering company. I was very disturbed by his behaviour as a manager.
