Damaged goods and rude staff

I sent my phone in for repairs in September and I've been waiting until the 5th of December, just so be told that the branch had the phone all this time.

I've went to the branch (Westgate Cell c Branch) three times before and I was told my phone is not there, today I called the call centre and was told my phone had been there since September.

Now I had a phone that is still broken and it now has chips and scratches, that were never there to begin with.

I am EXTREMELY frustrated with the service I received... And to make it even worse the consultants are so rude and unhelpful.
