DAMAGED GOODS
I wrote a review on the 9 of may regarding the contract that I have with cell they gave me damaged goods and they not willing to help me to get me a new laptop and a router but money is still been deducted from my account they promised to call me but they haven't, i also wrote them an email but still no response POOR POOR POOR service and when i call them they put me onhold until i hanged up i don't know what to do because i feel like this is ***** . am i going to pay a 24months contract for damaged goods, for things that i am not using , please help
CLEARLY CELL C IS NOT WILLING TO HELP ME.
