Damaged fences

Cell C has a cellphone tower on the property which we are renting (Plot 332 modderfontein) and on which we keep very expensive sport horses. The fence at the bottom of the property is constantly being cut and damaged by ******* who are trying to access the cellphone tower. We have requested Cell C to fix or replace the fence as it was Brand new and was totally destroyed! Cell c made a shocking attempt to \mend"our fence and simply put up three strands of wire which were not tightened at all"
